Unlike other wall plates that are designed for A/V, the
bulk wire plate allows a bundle of wires to exit the wall without having to
terminate the signal at the plate. By eliminating the feedthrough connectors,
signal integrity is improved, especially in the case of high bandwidth DVI and
RGB/Component video signals. The mounting holes are standard and attach to any
double wide wall box. The design is ideal for home theater and audio rooms where
many cables need to be placed near the components. It is also very useful near a
ceiling mounted projector where DVI, Component, RGB, s-video and composite
cables often need to be routed.
